Instead, break your meals and snacks into the basic food groups and keep track of portions. Its a simpler way to make sure youre eating a balanced diet.

Some info on common portions is included for each group, and you can also track your fluid intake and the amount of time you exercise every day.

Every day starts with a fresh checklist and a nice background image to inspire you. Scroll up to reveal the buttons for each tracked item - the custom background blurs out of focus. Your totals form a bar graph so its easy to see how well youre doing.

Good idea, but...
Need a weight log. When you eat more portions that you planed, you should lose points, not add... For the fruits/veggies, you should be able to eat more without losing points.
Not what it seems
This is not at all what I thought it would be. Not worth the money. Sorry.

Not worth the money at all, you still have to look up the serving sizes yourself & all this app does is allow you to add up the percentages manually. Please dont waste your money!
Go back to simplicity of original
Ok - lets put aside that it crashes a lot. The idea of the app was to be able to SIMPLY track whether you are getting your daily intake of good food. So... whats with swiping up, then swiping over, just to input in grams? What the heck? The graphics are beautiful, but please, PLEASE return to the simplicity of your old app. Thats why many people bought it.
Good app!
But there is room for improvement. It would be nice to change the times for (and to name) the reminders. It would also be awesome to add to/change the list of items. Overall, this is great for tracking servings of food groups, which is very helpful on low GI diets and those that concentrate more on servings and meal intervals than calories.
